"For anyone interested in saving money and having excellent coverage I urge you to contact Tina Saracino at State Farm.
I was with different insurance companies for home and auto and sick of rates increasing. My homeowners literally doubled in 5 years and never had a claim. I stopped in and met with Dawn Grandstrom and she was fantastic. Answered all.my questions and concerns and showed me my coverages and what was good and bad. She saved me a lot of money for the same coverage. I was so impressed that my girlfriend also switched.

"We continue to be amazed at the service and attention than Tina’s office provides when an emergency happens. Only a year ago our daughter was in an automobile accident and Tina and Regina helped us through the whole process from renting a car to filing a claim.
Less than a week ago, we experienced another major incident- our large Hickory tree fell due to the recent storms. The tree and debris impacted four neighboring properties. Regina helped us understand our homeowners policy, assisted with uploading photos to our claim file, and facilitated a phone call with a claims rep to promptly review our file. In less than a week, State Farm issued a payment.
Thank you, Regina, for making this whole process go smoothly at a time that was very stressful for our family.

"State Farm Insurance had our back 100% for a non-reportable accident. Dawn G. of the Saracino insurance agency in Birdsboro, pa was extremely patient and helpful through our whole accident reporting, claims organization with all the personnel involved. Dawn’s extra patients were most valued and appreciated with all the computer/cellphone/etc. that I find impossible to deal with. The countless times I called DAWN to accomplish what I don’t understand. Dawn was there. She took SO much stress away. Always asking if there was anything else she could do for us. I forgot to mention that this was our very 1st vehicle incident; and had NO Idea how things work. The guidance, patients, and directions Always put us at ease. Dawn was a phone call away while we purchased a new car. Dawn kept things simple and straight forward and nothing was left out or undone. "Tina has been incredibly good to my wife and me on several occasions. Her personal service is simply beyond compare.
Most recently, we were travelling from PA to UT and got stuck in Amarillo, TX, for a few days due to high winds and bad weather. That also caused a stone to hit the passenger window of the truck. I needed this fixed ASAP. By the time I drove to the auto glass place in Amarillo, Tina had all the paperwork done very long distance. I had a new window in the truck - thank you!!
